Established in Hauts-de-France since 1997 in the village of Erquinghem-Lys, Pâtisserie des Flandres offers traditional waffles products.

A success story:

The company has developed its expertise in soft filled waffles and offers other traditional specialties such as thin butter waffles or bakery biscuits (palets de dame or coconut rocks).

Our pastry cooks also excel in the creation of innovative products, including the cheese butter crackers that we launched in 2004 for a gourmet snack.

We regularly supply major retailers, wholesalers and delicatessens throughout France. Specific sizes of packaging are available for food service and caterers.

We propose our expertise to our customers for the development of products under Private Label.

We participate in the main national and international food shows and we export to around ten countries.

The company now operates in a 4,500m² factory and currently employs 41 passionate professionals.

Beyond the production of gourmet specialties, Pâtisserie des Flandres has above all a true commitment to tradition, quality, constant innovation and societal anchoring.

Tradition and quality:

Our products are tasty, made according to traditional recipes with rigorously selected ingredients, mainly sourced locally in Hauts-de-France. This allows our products to proudly display the Saveurs en’Or collective brand logo.

Innovation:

The company has a strong capacity for innovation, including:

• Creation of the savory cheese butter waffles in 2004
• Launch of the first organic vegetable crackers in 2010 (winner of the Paris SIAL Innovation Award)
• Launch for caterers & restaurants of the first mini-waffle filled with Maroilles cheese in 2020 (winner of the Paris SIAL Innovation Award)
• Development of the Loopiz, the first coated cracker with sensational flavors in 2024

The continuous improvement of our recipes and manufacturing processes allows us to meet changing consumer expectations. The specialties we develop are made with quality ingredients (without palm oil, coloring or preservatives) and are baked in the oven.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

Pâtisserie des Flandres is concerned about the health and safety of its employees. The company is a member of the international organization Sedex.

We have implemented actions for the environment such as the reduction and recycling of our waste or the installation of solar panels on the roof of our building and we work on our positive impact for our societal anchorage.
